We value the sustainable management of natural resources and environmental protection. Our coffee grows in the cool rainforest, shaded by the tree canopies in the mountains of Panama. Shade-grown coffee is planted in the forest among native plants and trees, rather than clearcutting the rainforest for large coffee plantations. Birds, bees, and butterflies thrive here and play a critical role in natural pest control.

Our coffee is hand-picked and sun-dried before roasting in small batches. The distinctive flavor profiles are shaped by the characteristics of the soil and micro-climates unique to Boquete.
